These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. They do not govern the delivery of web design or Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) products to clients. Client engagements — including deliverables, payment terms, intellectual property, and subscription conditions — are governed exclusively by a separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between Red Wire Works and the client prior to any work beginning.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Permitted Use of This Site

This Site is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. You may browse, read, and submit enquiries through the contact form for legitimate personal or business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Canadian federal or provincial law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
